If you think making Mikuni-style sushi is easy, put your skills to the test! Learn award-winning techniques to create unique Mikuni sushi in this hands-on class taught by a member of the Arai Family (and guests)! Includes a complete sushi-making kit* with the ingredients and tools you will need to create your meal.

• Making temaki (California Roll)
• Uramaki (Inside Out Roll)
• Handroll (Get creative!)

Classes are held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at our Mikuni Roseville (Eureka) location. Participants must be 18 years or older. We will check ID at check-in.
